Predictions by each position for Week 7 Fantasy Football in Standard and PPR Formats

We are a small team at Fantasy Outliers, but we have a lot of data to sort through — so we need your help. Our vision is: machine learning + human expertise = better decisions in fantasy sports. We just launched our beta MathBox Weekly product that uses machine learning to predict for each remaining week in the NFL regular season:

We have these models for Standard, PPR, and Half-PPR. These are models built from the ground up using state-of-the-art machine learning processes. That said, we are improving them every week, and could use your feedback — good or bad — in doing so.

In particular, we already know that the models aren’t currently aware of situation changes during the week — like if the started is definitely Out or if the Browns name another QB. But that said, the models should be able to adapt quickly. We’ll see. They helped me out with Cameron Brate last weekend as a fill-in TE!

Please, let us know if you find anything interesting or have any questions. We’re trying to build up our company, and need your help in doing so. Note that in some cases, there will be predictions for, say, the backup QB. This is what the player ‘would’ score if they were started — as it’s better to have too many predictions than too few.
