Contribution Measurement and Compensation

The monetary policy through subjective proof of contribution can be applied to all communities with clear goals. As such, it is much broader than a monetary policy through the objective proof of contribution. Joining a specific community means that you trust that community and are willing to participate in community-based activities.

Subjective specifications are involved in the process of evaluating the criterion for contribution, making it impossible to completely objectify the source code. Therefore, in addition to the reward mission and the objective point system that pays rewards, there must be a coexistence of subjective contributions such as member recommendations, participation, and voluntary sponsorship. The priority criteria for rewards and weight of each type of contribution are determined by the platform and are set by weighing the behaviors that affect growth indicators such as community member inflow, retention, new member conversion, and purchase conversion. Contribution items can be added or modified, and the compensation amount can be adjusted to motivate members during the trial period.

Reward Items and Reward Scale (Limited Per Day)

Reward items will be added when the reward system is updated and will be announced through Dapp. Whenever a member responds (likes, comments, or shares) to content in the community, a link between the member and content is added. This provides a connection between consumers and producers. The more connecting links, the higher the value of the information. It is the relative/intentional information connection that creates added value.

The more we can improve quantitative and qualitative linkage, the more the community can maximize the value of the content. Content customization is expensive and time-consuming, and computer performance cannot be guaranteed without connecting links. Crypto Candy preferentially rewards users (curators) who first discover a link to new content. By applying incentives to curation, the Crypto Candy network will be able to use automated algorithms to extract only the most useful information from the flood of content.

주관적 기여 증명을 통한 화폐 정책은 명확한 목표를 갖는 모든 커뮤니티들에 적용 가능하기 때문에 객관적 기여 증명을 통한 화폐 정책보다 훨씬 더 광범위하다. 특정 커뮤니티에 가입한다는 것은 해당 커뮤니티를 신뢰하고 활동에 기꺼이 참여한다는 것을 의미한다.

실제로, 기여 평가 기준은 주관적 기준이 개입되며, 소스 코드에 의해 완벽한 객관화가 불가능하다. 따라서 리워드 미션과 보상을 지불하는 객관화된 포인트 시스템에 더해 구성원의 추천, 참여, 자발적 후원 등 주관적 기여에 대한 평가가 공존할 수 밖에 없다. 보상의 우선 순위 기준과 각 기여 항목에 대한 가중치는 해당 플랫폼이 정하며, 그 기준은 커뮤니티의 회원유입, 리텐션, 신규회원전환, 구매전환 등 성장지표에 영향이 있는 행동에 가중치를 둠으로써 설정된다. 시범 운영 기간 동안 구성원의 동기부여가 작동되도록 기여 항목의 추가 혹은 수정, 보상 금액의 조정 등을 할 수 있다.

보상 항목과 보상규모(1일 기준 제한)

이 외에도 보상 시스템 업데이트 시점에 보상 항목은 추가되어 Dapp을 통해 공지될 예정이다.

사용자가 커뮤니티 상에서 콘텐츠에 반응(좋아요, 댓글, 공유) 할 때마다, 해당 사용자와 콘텐츠 간의 연결 링크가 추가된다. 해당 콘텐츠를 통해 소비자와 생산자를 연결한다. 연결 링크들이 많을수록 정보의 가치가 상승한다. 부가가치를 창출하는 것은 상대적/의도적인 정보의 연결성이다.

연결 링크들이 정량/정성적으로 개선될수록 커뮤니티는 콘텐츠 가치를 최대화할 수 있다. 콘텐츠 맞춤화는 많은 비용이 소요되고 시간도 오래 걸리며, 연결 링크 없이는 컴퓨터 성능이 보장될 수 없다. Crypto Candy는 신규 콘텐츠의 연결 링크를 최초로 발견한 사용자(큐레이터)들을 우대 보상한다. 큐레이션에 인센티브를 적용함으로써, Crypto Candy 네트워크는 자동화 알고리즘을 활용하여 콘텐츠 홍수 속에서 가장 유용한 정보만을 추출할 수 있게된다.
