100 Follower Trend was a mistake

I recently started following people participating in the 100 Follower challenge. But, I don't feel satisfied. This unsatisfaction isn’t because I didn't get enough response. I got precisely the amount of response as much as I worked for it which you can see is very little.
But, the thing is I dislike following people just so that I can get a follow back, such a follower has no credibility in my eyes as he/she is following me just to keep a follower and what good does it give me?

I’d rather wait for 2 years to get my first 100 followers who are loyal and actually like my boring content (embarrassingly chuckles) rather than people who are just following me and not even looking at a single post of mine!

I know I’m repeating myself over and over again in this blog but this should give you the idea of why I am writing this blog.

I publically apologize for my previous blog as I won't be removing it from the story section and announce that I am unfollowing everyone while writing this blog which is around a week before this will get posted!

From today onwards I will only follow people whose content I like. Honestly, if even a single blog of yours inspired or helped me you are going to stay on my following list but otherwise, I’m sorry that you guys are losing a follower.
