TX je niche software cathegory a priestor / priesečník medzi CX a EX platformami. Teammembers sú zároveň internými Customermi firmy a aj Employees.

Team je základná stavebná jednotka firiem, end user platformy je akýkoľvek teammember. Základné moduly sú pulse-checks meranie spokojnosti v teamoch a retrospektíva, ktorú môžu používať nielen developerské teamy vo firme ale aj ostatné teamy: marketing, sales, produkt, finance, operations, HR, support…
